Stages of Application
How your application is presented is critical to your success in obtaining temporary or permanent residence visa. Should you decide to engage our services, we assist you in the following stages:
First Stage. Preliminary Screening of Your Case.
We will evaluate your documents considering the combination of factors as prescribed by the immigration law. For general skilled visa applicant, we will determine whether you meet the minimum eligibility requirements. If you do not, you will be advised accordingly. This also applies with all classes of visa. We only accept eligible applicants.
Second Stage. Preparation of Interim Assessment Report.
Hundreds of thousands of highly skilled people from around the world apply to migrate to Australia. Every financial year, the Australian government set a quota of migrants to be accepted annually. Only the best of these skilled people are able to succeed. To pass the skills assessment, your skills must have been assessed as suitable to your nominated occupation and comparable to Australian standards. During this stage, we prepare an interim independent assessment report for submission to the relevant Australian assessing authority. Success in gaining favorable assessment depends on presenting a case in such a way that the applicant's qualifications, training or experience in a nominated occupation is perfectly suitable for migration.
Third Stage. English Test Support.
It is a basic requirement for most skilled visa applicants to satisfy the English language ability. Some applicants overestimate their language ability and sit for English test without preparation. Lack of preparation can have a devastating effect. To help you pass the (IELTS) International English Language Testing System, we provide English review classes, English tutorials or copies and tapes of English Test Preparation kit.
Fourth Stage. Legal Submission.
Regulations and selection criteria may change without notice. Immigration procedure may seem simple, leading an overconfident applicant with a false sense of security and optimism. Published immigration booklets provide vague and incomplete information about immigration procedure leading a prospective applicant to overestimate his/her eligibility. Immigration booklets merely serve as guidelines for establishing minimum criteria for eligibility to migrate. They may be good starting point, but anyone who is seriously considering to migrate must realize that using a professional migration adviser has a better chance of success. An effective professional migration adviser fully comprehends the complex migration procedure, current regulations and legislations.
We prepare a Legal Submission to accompany your application. It is essentially in the same manner as trial lawyer in the Court of Law. The Submission addresses each factor that the immigration case officer considers before making a decision. It cites legal precedents and prior immigration, tribunal or court decisions on similar cases to support the arguments in favour of the applicant.
Fifth Stage. Interview.
For most family migrant applicants to Australia, interview maybe required. The interview is usually a face to face encounter with the immigration officer where the applicant may feel intimidated and where the visa officer may use his subjective opinion in determining your suitability for migration or in determining the facts of the case. We professionally prepare the applicant for the interview. We make our clients aware of most likely type of questions and how best to answer them.
For skilled visa applicants to Australia, interview is not required. However, in some cases, the Australian Embassy or Australian High Commission officer in some countries are delegated to investigate or check the employment claims of the applicants. They may conduct interview with the applicants or with the employer. Again, we make our clients aware of most likely type of questions and how best to answer them.
Sixth Stage. Decision.
Achieving a positive result at this stage indicates the applicant is eventually accepted. Successful applicants are usually those who have submitted flawless, professionally presented applications, have been professionally prepared for the English test, and for the interview. Our clients are supported through all the stages. Through the final stage where a diligent follow up and communications with the appropriate government and assessing bodies are made.
